KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Director, Firmwide Learning Approach & Planning to join our Talent & Culture organization. Responsibilities Translate business strategy into learning experiences, enabling processes, roadmaps, and lifecycle recommendations for designated learning portfolios through ongoing collaboration and alignment with strategic outcomes Identify emerging trends, performance expectations, and learning objectives to proactively anticipate and address learning needs and opportunities Lead an outcome-focused intake process across the team, including planning and executing needs analyses where appropriate to ensure learning solutions are targeted and effective Manage People Management Leader (PMLs), including Directors and Associate Directors, and drive the deployment of human capital and resources including employees, contractors and vendors; provide independent leadership, guidance, and strategic direction, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability Expand and deepen relationships with key stakeholders to enhance influence, drive alignment with business priorities, and interact strategically with senior leaders to shape opinions and negotiate with external parties Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure alignment with business goals; apply advanced data analysis techniques to generate actionable insights and drive continuous improvement across the central Learning and Development organization Qualifications Minimum twelve years of experience in strategic learning solutions within corporate environments in professional services or consulting (preferred) Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university Digital and data acumen, including proficiency with generative AI tools and data analysis from platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to produce executive-level visualizations Proven ability to lead large, complex, multi-team initiatives involving diverse stakeholders; background in performance management is preferred Strong organizational and communication skills for building relationships, leading strategic discussions, and navigating challenging conversations Ability to travel to Orlando or other key locations as needed up to 20% Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment KPMG LLP and its affiliates comply with all applicable laws regarding recruitment and hiring.
