Job Title: SAP Sales Director

Job Description:

The SAP Sales Director is a senior-level role responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth for SAP consulting and software reseller services. This individual will lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from pipeline generation to deal closure, focusing on midsize SAP transformations, implementations, upgrades, and support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth in the SAP ecosystem.
  • Lead the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, proposal, and closure.
  • Collaborate with SAP Account Executives and other strategic stakeholders to identify joint opportunities.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with C-level executives across target organizations.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and ensure a robust, qualified pipeline.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on sales performance metrics.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional services sales experience, with at least 5 years in SAP solutions and services.
  • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations, integrations, and transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, including products, roadmaps, and partner landscape.
  • Experience positioning software subscription services within SAP environments.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding $5M+ annual quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a consultative, solutions-driven approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Eligibility & Travel

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Performance Metrics

  • Consistent attainment of annual and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Ability to create and sustain a healthy new business pipeline.
  • Performance against targets for new client wins.
  • Ensuring deals are structured for profitable service delivery.
  • Optimizing deal size, cycle time, and closure rate.
