The Plaza Assisted Living is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead sales strategy and culture across our communities. This role combines leadership, coaching, and direct sales execution to drive occupancy and team success.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales plans and census goals Train, onboard, and coach Sales Managers and community sales teams Analyze CRM data to guide strategy and performance Conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and close future residency agreements Build relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners Support admissions and complete paperwork when needed Maintain accurate tracking systems and submit timely reports Step in to support sales efforts at any Plaza community as needed Participate in marketing meetings, budgeting, and community events Qualifications Sales experience in senior living or healthcare preferred Proven success in coaching and team development Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Proficient in CRM and lead management systems CPR/First Aid certification and two-step TB clearance Compliance with Hawaii DOH Title 11, Chapter 90 regulations
