Sales Director - Salaried (Corporate)

Full Time

Salary up to $100,000 depending on experience plus incentives.

The Plaza Assisted Living is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead sales strategy and culture across our communities. This role combines leadership, coaching, and direct sales execution to drive occupancy and team success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans and census goals
  • Train, onboard, and coach Sales Managers and community sales teams
  • Analyze CRM data to guide strategy and performance
  • Conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and close future residency agreements
  • Build relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners
  • Support admissions and complete paperwork when needed
  • Maintain accurate tracking systems and submit timely reports
  • Step in to support sales efforts at any Plaza community as needed
  • Participate in marketing meetings, budgeting, and community events

Qualifications

  • Sales experience in senior living or healthcare preferred
  • Proven success in coaching and team development
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in CRM and lead management systems
  • CPR/First Aid certification and two-step TB clearance
  • Compliance with Hawaii DOH Title 11, Chapter 90 regulations
