RN-Clinical Director

Full Time

We are assisting a leading Assisted Living facility dedicated to caring for seniors with Alzheimer's and Dementia, located in Westchester County, NY, in the search for an RN-Clinical Director.

This hands-on leadership role is responsible for the clinical oversight and delivery of quality resident care across the facility- ensuring compliance and providing nursing leadership to the team-and to ensure friendly, safe, and secure environment for the residents.

Position Qualifications:

• RN License in New York State
• Degree in Nursing or a related field
• 5+ years working in Nursing
• Relevant experience working in an Assisted Living, Nursing Home or Senior Care role
• Demonstrated leadership experience; ability to manage teams and motivate staff
• Knowledgeable in Assisted Living regulations and operational requirements
• Strong communication and patient services skills; able to interact with, mediate and proactively solve resident problems
• Vaccinated against COVID-19
