RN-Clinical Director Full Time We are assisting a leading Assisted Living facility dedicated to caring for seniors with Alzheimer's and Dementia, located in Westchester County, NY, in the search for an RN-Clinical Director. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for the clinical oversight and delivery of quality resident care across the facility- ensuring compliance and providing nursing leadership to the team-and to ensure friendly, safe, and secure environment for the residents. Position Qualifications: RN License in New York State Degree in Nursing or a related field 5+ years working in Nursing Relevant experience working in an Assisted Living, Nursing Home or Senior Care role Demonstrated leadership experience; ability to manage teams and motivate staff Knowledgeable in Assisted Living regulations and operational requirements Strong communication and patient services skills; able to interact with, mediate and proactively solve resident problems Vaccinated against COVID-19 What Makes This a Great Opportunity?
