The candidate will be responsible to manage existing customer relationships with key marquee Healthcare customers primarily based out of Americas region. Responsibilities Healthcare Experience – it is desirable that the candidate has experience in account management for Healthcare Payer Application Development (AD)/Application Service Management (ASM), Engineering Services, Digital and Analytics, Cloud, BPO, etc. IT Infrastructure experience is desirable but not essential. Must understand the payer life cycle - this is a must have requirement. Client relationship management and business development: This high energy role will manage existing healthcare client relationships, expand services and build a diverse portfolio through the opportunity management cycle. Healthcare space knowledge is essential for this role. These accounts have aggressive growth potential through cross sell and upsell, which the incumbent must drive. Own the strategic agenda for the account as well as create and manage executive level connects between customer and HCL executive teams. Ability to understand the industry trends and establish engaging dialogue with the client stakeholders. Having sold and enabled solutions around AD/ASM, Cloud, Digital and Analytics and Security will be an added benefit. Client delivery assurance: Good understanding of payer landscape; drive thought leadership to address customer business challenges by liaising effectively with various solution and practice teams internally to bring timely solutions to the customer; collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client; work closely with and manage/guide internal stakeholders in delivery, recruitment and other supporting functions to align on goals and deliver for the customer. Account planning and governance: Create strategic roadmap to drive growth within the account/portfolio and execute that plan to drive incremental revenue; manage customer negotiations, pricing discussions, etc; engage with horizontal and solution teams to proactively identify improvement/opportunity areas and sell cross-business unit solutions to the client; expand HCL’s footprint with creative solutions to solve business problems.
