What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Assist in strategic management of the agency plant and drive profitable growth for the assigned territory - Hire, coach, and mentor Sales Executives to achieve regional goals - Analyze regional market and distribution channels to identify strategic opportunities for growth - Facilitate business development by identifying prospects and negotiating agency appointments - Serve as a liaison on contracts, licensing, and agency profit-sharing activities
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of eight years of professional sales experience within the insurance industry - Minimum of three years of management experience - Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Marketing preferred - Ability to travel up to 75% of the time - Valid driver's license
