Position Title: Regional Director of Imaging- Boston, MA Salary: $140,000- $160,000 Job Summary The Regional Imaging Director (RDI) reports to the Regional Vice President and assures leadership, support, and development of the Atlanta region DI service team. The RDI also ensures expert service of diagnostic imaging equipment and client satisfaction including training, mentoring, technical support, monitoring/leading escalations, cost productivity, and building self-service capability to minimize outsourced third-party or OEM solutions. This role is Atlanta based, with limited national travel when needed. Job Duties and Responsibilities Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting and technical support capability for multi-modality, multi-OEMs. Engage in service events to optimize uptime, service cost and delivery. Track record for solving problems; ability to handle difficult situations. Maintain effective communication with leadership for service escalations. Monitor service region for service delivery, profitability, and implement improvements. Participate in customer rounding/developing relationships Follow-up/ensure ISE’s follow up after service events to ensure equipment is operating correctly Respond expeditiously to service calls to evaluate and rectify valid equipment complaints and concerns Display effective customer service, maintain good personal relationships with fellow workers, clinical staff, vendors, manufacturers, and the public.
