We’re seeking a Director of Finance to oversee corporateaccounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance for our private equity andreal estate investments. Compensationand Perks: Salary Range:$180,000–$230,000/year Career growth with extensivelearning and mentorship opportunities WhatYou’ll Do: Collaborate with the CFO oncorporate finance initiatives, budgeting, and fund planning Oversee accounting, investorreporting, and tax filings for corporate entities, private equityinvestments, and real estate assets Play a pivotal role instructuring acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and new realestate funds Supervise and mentor a team ofControllers, AP/AR managers, and fund accountants, while planning forfuture hires as the company scales Stay ahead of SEC regulations,internal controls, and tax requirements for REITs, partnerships, andprivate equity investments Identify process improvements andenhance financial reporting systems Qualifications: 10+ years in finance oraccounting with a strong focus on real estate investments Expertise in REITs, open-endedfunds, and fair value GAAP reporting Knowledge of private REITtaxation, K-1 filings, partnerships, and S-corps Leadership experience managingfinance teams and corporate financial operations CPA designation is a plus.
