This individual will play a key role in overseeing corporateaccounting, financial reporting, and tax reporting, with exposure to privateequity and real estate investments. Working closely with the CFO of a well-known international commercial real estate brand, this is an exciting leadership opportunitywith potential for growth. This role is available due to an upcoming retirement. Responsibilities: Overseeaccounting, reporting, and tax filings for corporate entities and realestate/private equity investments Preparecorporate budgets and manage quarterly lender reporting Managecorporate cash flow, invoicing, receivables, and owner distributions Overseepayroll, 401k, and worker compensation audits Assistwith tax planning and estimates for ownership Ensurecompliance with treasury activities and internal controls Superviseaudits for corporate entities and investment funds Supportcapital planning and structuring of acquisitions and joint ventures Preparereports and analyze industry trends What we’re looking for: Bachelor’sdegree in accounting, Finance, or a related field CPAdesignation with a mix of public and private experience 10+years of senior level accounting experience within the real estate industry Astrong background in REITs, open-ended funds, and private fund structures Knowledgeof tax reporting and compliance for private REITs, partnerships, S-Corps,and K-1s There are no costs for candidates utilizingour services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
