Experience: Minimum 7 years in engineering, project controls, commercial development, operations, or project management within the oil & gas or power generation industry.<BR>Education: Bachelors degree in engineering Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects ( 1 GW for East; combined cycle and gigawatt-scale for West). Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication, collaboration, and motivational skills. Robust industry network and technical/project controls background preferred.
