BHN is currently seeking a Program Director to lead our Family Support & Training (FST) services within the Community Wraparound (CSA) division.

As the Program Director for Family Support & Training (FST) , you will oversee the day-to-day operations of FST services and provide leadership and supervision to Senior Family Partners and Family Partners . You will ensure that caregiver perspectives are integrated throughout the system and that the program adheres to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee clinical and administrative operations of the FST program. Supervise and support Family Partners and Senior Family Partners. Collaborate with the ICC Program Director to co-facilitate System of Care meetings and staff supervision. Ensure compliance with program regulations, agency policies, and Wraparound model fidelity. Partner with senior leadership on staffing decisions, training, and continuous quality improvement. Provide a caregiver perspective to guide program and agency practices. Offer coaching, consultation, and training to enhance team skills and system understanding. Address staff/provider concerns and assist in conflict resolution. Represent FST in internal and external collaborative meetings. Who You Are: Experienced Leader - You bring at least 3 years of supervisory experience , preferably in Wraparound or home-based services. Educated in Human Services - You have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) OR an Associate's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience OR a High School diploma with 2+ years of experience working with youth/families. Lived Experience Preferred - You have experience as a caregiver of a youth with behavioral health needs and can integrate that perspective into your work. Collaborative - You've worked successfully with state agencies, advocacy groups, and community providers. Technically Proficient - You're comfortable using Microsoft Office and online communication tools. Strong Communicator - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can coach and support teams. Mission-Driven - You value integrity, equity, and compassion in service delivery.
