The Licensed Program Director will lead our Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) serving the South Central region, including covering Centre, Huntingdon, Mifflin, and Juniata Counties. Starting salary: $68,000 annually, plus mileage reimbursement. Position Details Developing and demonstrating a collaborative work environment in support of Merakey’s Core Values. Providing ongoing guidance, mentoring, feedback, and motivation to staff to ensure competent performance while adhering to department and Merakey policies and procedures. Ensuring compliance with state, local, federal, and contract requirements, as well as requirements from payors. Overseeing the profit and loss for the program and managing daily operations. Maintaining productive working relationships and communication with external and internal stakeholders. Overseeing recruitment and new hire onboarding processes. Merakey welcomes all Veterans to apply! Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Must hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Services field. Licensed or licensed eligible as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Social Worker (LSW), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Behavior Specialist (LBS). Experience in the behavioral health field with: Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Minimum of two years of program management experience
