Program Director - Dual Diagnosis Team

The Licensed Program Director will lead our Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) serving the South Central region, including covering Centre, Huntingdon, Mifflin, Juniata Counties.
Starting salary: $68,000 annually, plus mileage reimbursement.
Position Details
- Developing and demonstrating a collaborative work environment in support of Merakey's Core Values.
- Creating a culture that fully engages employees and empowers others to suggest and make decisions for continuing improvement.
- Providing ongoing guidance, mentoring, feedback, and motivation to staff to ensure competent performance while adhering to department and Merakey policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance to state, local, federal, and contract requirements, as well as requirements from payors.
- Overseeing the profit and loss for the program and managing daily operations.
- Maintaining productive working relationships and communication with external and internal stakeholders.
- Overseeing recruitment and new hire onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Services field.
- Licensed or licensed eligible as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Social Worker (LSW), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Behavior Specialist (LBS).
- Experience in the behavioral health field with:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting
- Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Minimum of two years of program management experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
