Position Summary This executive role is responsible for overseeing a high-performing Professional Services organization, including an Integration Services team that delivers customized platform integrations and product enhancements, expanding professional services offerings, and supporting the sales organization with new logo acquisition. The ideal candidate will bring 7-10 years of proven success in quota attainment, strategic growth, and solution development. Based in the United States, this role reports directly to the CEO and plays a critical part in shaping customer success and operational excellence worldwide

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the global Professional Services organization, including Integration Services teams responsible for customized platform integrations and product customizations. Drive global PS business development initiatives, including supporting new logo acquisition and expansion of professional services offerings. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the professional services business and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align service offerings with customer needs and product capabilities. Oversee the successful delivery of complex integration projects, ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely execution. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Develop and implement best practices, methodologies, and tools for service delivery and project management. Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professional services and integration specialists. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to executive leadership, including, but not limited to utilization, billable utilization, realization and project on time completion %. Ensure compliance with global standards, security policies, and industry regulations. Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in professional services leadership roles within the physical security software or related technology sectors. Demonstrated success in achieving PS quota attainment, securing new logo signings, retaining existing client base and launching new service offerings. Strong understanding of physical security systems, software integration, network architecture/design and enterprise IT environments. Experience managing global teams and delivering services across multiple regions and time zones. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. Skills & Competencies : Deep understanding of the physical security technology stack (access control, VMS, intrusion detection, identity management, LPR, Facial Recognition, Fire detection, IoT sensors). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with C-suite and operational stakeholders. Ability to develop long-term, trust-based client relationships and navigate complex procurement cycles. Experience with federal/state/local government contracting is a plus. Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
