Shift: Shift 1/8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $34.97 - $45.46 / hour

Summary This position manages the patient experience at assigned practice(s). Responsible for the overall effective performance of the practice, including staff management, workflow development, patient scheduling, provider and staff engagement, patient experience, financial performance, and billing compliance. Develops operational plans and budgets, and implements performance improvement strategies. Responsible for staff recruitment, development, and supervision. Applies effective communication strategies to resolve issues and enhance practice culture. Promotes teamwork and reflects the mission and values of Lee Memorial Health System. The practice managed may have one site with 11+ providers, or multiple locations.

Degree/Diploma Obtained Program of Study Required/Preferred Bachelor'sManagementPreferred

Additional Requirements Bachelor's degree in management or a related field and three years of physician office management experience, or five years of experience in a physician office setting.

Additional Requirements Knowledge of ambulatory care operations, clinic procedures, electronic health records, billing, and referrals. Proficiency in computer applications, excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle stressful situations. Experience with budgeting and financial reporting. Ability to work independently and align with organizational values.
