A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in pediatrics, with a focus on school-aged children from kindergarten through 6th grade. Qualifications:

• Active SLP Idaho License is required
• Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric caseloads in school settings

Job Details:

• Contract position starting August 2026 and ending May 2027
• Work schedule: 2-3 days per week on-site, with one day per month increasing to 3 days to lead and hold IEP meetings
• Caseload consists of approximately 15 students; 13 students primarily require speech therapy services
• Ability to manage caseload effectively while collaborating with educational staff and families
• Hybrid work option available for 1 day per week focused on IEP document preparation

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and therapy sessions for K-6 students
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs using EDPlan software
• Lead monthly IEP meetings, working closely with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain detailed records and documentation to track student progress
• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student needs
