Your impact: As a Nursing Assistant Director in the Health Center at Tudor Oaks, you will work alongside the Director of Nursing to manage daily clinical and administrative operations within the nursing department. Your goal will be to guarantee that residents receive top-notch, person-centered care addressing all their physical, mental, and psychosocial needs. You will assist in planning, organizing, evaluating, and overseeing clinical services in accordance with all applicable regulations, facility policies, and the mission and values of the organization, under the supervision of the Administrator and Medical Director. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, including on-call duties and holiday rotation. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Current CPR certification is required. RN or LPN license in Wisconsin is required. A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in nursing. 2+ years of experience as a DON or ADON preferred. At least 1 year of experience in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative, and restorative clinical practices is required.
