How you will make an impact:
As an Assistant Director of Nursing in the Health Center at Tudor Oaks, yousupport the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical and administrative operations of the nursing department. The goal is to ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care that meets all physical, mental, and psychosocial needs. The ADON helps plan, organize, evaluate, and manage clinical services in compliance with all relevant regulations, facility policies, and the organizations mission and values, under the guidance of the Administrator and Medical Director.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, including on-call and holiday rotation. What you will need: Must be 18 years of age or older. Current CPR certification required. RN or LPN license in the state of Wisconsinrequired. Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in nursing required. 2+ years of experience as DON or ADON preferred. At least one (1) year of experience in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative, and restorative clinical practices required.
