Medical Director

We are seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead a growing medical clinic. This role combines clinical care with leadership responsibilities, offering the opportunity to shape patient services and drive high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the medical clinic and ensure compliance with state regulations.

• Lead, supervise, and train medical staff while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.

• Develop and implement evidence-based policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Manage and expand clinical services based on community and patient needs (e.g., immunizations, treatment programs).

• Serve as Laboratory Director, overseeing certification, testing, and quality control processes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and executive leadership to enhance clinic services.

• Conduct patient assessments, prescribe medications, and create individualized care plans.

• Support accreditation efforts and represent the clinic during audits and professional events.

• Monitor clinic metrics to improve quality, cost efficiency, and patient experience.

• Build partnerships with local organizations to strengthen community health initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with active state license and NPI.

• Controlled Substance license and DEA certification (no disciplinary action).

• Graduate of accredited NP program; knowledge of Medicaid billing preferred.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
