Medical Director We are seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead a growing medical clinic. This role combines clinical care with leadership responsibilities, offering the opportunity to shape patient services and drive high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the medical clinic and ensure compliance with state regulations.
Lead, supervise, and train medical staff while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Develop and implement evidence-based policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
Manage and expand clinical services based on community and patient needs (e.g., immunizations, treatment programs).
Serve as Laboratory Director, overseeing certification, testing, and quality control processes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and executive leadership to enhance clinic services.
Conduct patient assessments, prescribe medications, and create individualized care plans.
Support accreditation efforts and represent the clinic during audits and professional events.
Monitor clinic metrics to improve quality, cost efficiency, and patient experience.
Build partnerships with local organizations to strengthen community health initiatives.
Qualifications Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with active state license and NPI.
Controlled Substance license and DEA certification (no disciplinary action).
Graduate of accredited NP program; knowledge of Medicaid billing preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
This position is ideal for a hands-on leader passionate about advancing patient care, growing services, and guiding a dedicated clinical team. EOE Compensation: $155,000 per year
