Core Responsibilities Creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the firms business objectives, including market analysis, target audience identification, and competitive positioning. Monitor and report on budget utilization, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency. Analyze and report upon marketing performance. Maintain and enhance the firms brand image through consistent messaging across all marketing materials and communications. Effectively partner with the Business Development team to drive marketing initiatives in support of the Business Development team firmwide. Conduct market research to identify profitable opportunities and trends within the industry. Perform competitive analysis to understand market positioning and identify areas for differentiation. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a results-driven culture focused on achieving ROI and profitability goals. Oversee marketing team including interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, and supporting, as needed. Increase the team's overall effectiveness by developing staff, aligning individual team member strengths with appropriate project tasks, identifying potential obstacles (both internal and external), and performing reviews. Oversee the creation, curation, and management of high-quality content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, websites, and email marketing. Oversee the comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals and objectives. Oversee the marketing aspects of proposal development, ensuring compelling presentations that highlight the firms capabilities and differentiate them from competitors. Oversee comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the firm's brand, attract new clients, and retain existing clients. Lead market research efforts to identify opportunities and threats and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Manage the ROI of annual company-wide sponsorships and industry conferences. Preferred Skills & Experience Bachelors degree in marketing or related field. 10+ years of experience in Marketing demonstrating a deep understanding of the AEC industry, including market trends, key players and client needs. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies within a professional services environment. Strong leadership and team management. Expertise in digital marketing tactics and platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills to measure marketing campaign performance and make data driven decisions. Substantial knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. Prior experience managing marketing department budgets. Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail. A minimum of 5+ years of people management experience preferred.
