Job Summary:
The Director of Product Marketing will own the positioning, go-to-market strategy, and content execution for BatchData's industry-leading real estate data APIs and enrichment solutions. In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for shaping our product narrative to multiple customer segments-including investors, SaaS/CRM partners, data aggregators, and proptech innovators. You will lead a team of three, guiding them to develop high-impact web content, launch compelling educational campaigns, and drive growth through channel and reseller partnerships. Your mission is to fuel adoption, accelerate partner/channel expansion, and ensure BatchData stands out for its speed, flexibility, and modern integration capabilities.
Supervisory Responsibility
3 Direct Reports Duties and Responsibilities Lead and Develop Team: Manage, coach, and develop a team of three product/content marketers to achieve growth and content objectives across multiple channels. Product Messaging & Positioning: Craft clear, differentiated messaging that speaks to the pain points of fragmented, hard-to-access real estate data, slow manual processes, and the limits of legacy platforms. Multi-Segment Go-to-Market: Design and execute marketing strategies tailored for each key segment-investors, proptech startups, SaaS/CRM providers, and data-driven agencies. Channel & Reseller Growth: Identify, onboard, and support new and existing reseller and channel partners to expand BatchData's reach, focusing on workflow automation, integration ease, and flexible pricing. Web Content & SEO: Oversee the strategy, production, and optimization of all web, landing page, and documentation content to improve conversions and support both technical and non-technical buyers. Educational & Video Content: Lead the creation of helpful YouTube videos, webinars, and product demos that teach real estate professionals and developers how to automate research, enrich leads, and unlock new data-driven workflows. Partner Enablement: Develop materials and resources that empower partners, resellers, and integration teams to position and sell BatchData effectively. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure unified messaging and the successful launch of new features and API capabilities. Performance Measurement: Track and report on key marketing and product adoption metrics such as API call volume, new user acquisition, partner pipeline growth, enrichment match rate, and ARPU. Industry Awareness: Monitor competitive offerings, industry trends, and technical innovations in the real estate data, SaaS, and API ecosystem. Continuous Improvement: Use analytics and market feedback to refine strategies and deliver measurable results in customer acquisition, retention, and reseller/channel revenue. Skills and Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years in product marketing, content marketing, or channel/partner marketing for B2B SaaS, API, or data products, with at least two (2) years in a people management role. Demonstrated success driving product adoption and channel growth in a technical, data-driven environment. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills-able to translate complex features into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience overseeing website content, landing page optimization, and SEO strategies. Strong background in video content strategy, with hands-on experience scripting, recording, or producing educational or product marketing videos. Familiarity with real estate data, APIs, SaaS, workflow automation, or CRM integrations is strongly preferred. Proven project management skills; able to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Analytical and data-driven; comfortable tracking KPIs and iterating based on performance insights. Proficient with content management, collaboration, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Workspace, CMS, marketing automation, YouTube Studio). Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset-driven to experiment, iterate, and deliver commercial impact.
