Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Director located in Chino, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Marketing Director is REQUIRED to reside in the GREATER LOS ANGELES AREA. The responsibilities include: E-Commerce growth on Amazon and other DTC websites Brand management to grow brands; oversee product launches, packaging, and messaging Lead development and generation Website improvement to reflect capabilities, improve traffic, and position as an industry leader and strategic contract manufacturing partner Leveraging trade shows and LinkedIn more effectively Activating referral partner networks Coordinating marketing and sales strategies, developing and implementing marketing plans, and managing marketing budgets Qualifications Experience in social media marketing and website development Minimum of 10 years experience in building brands Demonstrated track record of utilizing market data CONSUMER PACKAGED GOODS EXPERIENCE is MANDATORY Excellent leadership and team management skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA is preferred Experience in the personal care or beauty industry is a plus Additional Information Referrals can increase your chances of interviewing at Diamond Wipes International by 2x.
