*Job Summary:*
We are hiring a *Director of Marketing *to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our eight (and growing) Wellness Centers. This individual will be responsible for building and elevating the brand, leading digital marketing efforts, such as; Meta platforms, TV, Streaming, and Podcasts, etc. as well as copywriting, copyediting, overseeing website content, and ensuring that our messaging aligns with our patient care model.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance high-level branding with hands-on execution. You’ll work closely with the owner and office managers to ensure marketing initiatives support broader business goals — from brand awareness and clinic bookings to patient education and partner engagement.
This role requires a detail oriented and creative thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, digital marketing, and analytics.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for all RedRiver Health and Wellness Center locations. * Build a strong, differentiated brand that reflects our values, services, and target audience * Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing platforms * Oversee our current website so it clearly communicates our services and value of care * Oversee SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and paid social advertising across Meta platforms, TV, Streaming services, and TikTok to drive traffic, brand awareness, and patient conversion * Schedule and oversee podcast events * Develop marketing collateral, landing pages, and email campaigns as needed * Build and execute a social media strategy tailored to an executive, health-conscious audience * Partner with leadership and physicians to translate complex services into clear, engaging content * Manage copywriting and copyediting and creative direction for campaigns, newsletters, and blog posts * Collaborate with management teams to align marketing with business priorities * Identify and develop external partnerships (PR, brand ambassadors, local organizations) to expand reach * Support events, campaigns, or initiatives that position the center as a destination for help with the symptoms of autoimmune and thyroid conditions * Create detailed reports * Stay in direct contact with corporate management and office management to track the effectiveness of marketing, spending, and conversion rates for each location * Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
*Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:*
* 6–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare and/or wellness * Experience leading brand development and building marketing programs from the ground up * Strong digital marketing skills, including website strategy, paid ads, and social content * Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills * Proven ability to work cross-functionally and align marketing with broader business goals * Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment * Detail oriented * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including excel, for detailed reports and analysis * Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for designing marketing collateral that resonates with target audiences. * Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. * Strong budgeting skills to manage marketing expenditure effectively. * Proficiency in SEO techniques to enhance online visibility. * In-depth knowledge of market analysis and consumer behavior. * Familiarity with HTML for website management and content updates. * Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. * Experience in e-commerce platforms to optimize online sales performance. * Knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking website performance and campaign success.
