A leading regional bank with a strong presence in high-growth Western markets is seeking a strategic and results-driven
Marketing Director
to lead marketing efforts for its expanding Wealth Management division. This division offers tailored financial solutions to high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses, including investment strategies, estate and tax planning, trust services, and more.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional with deep expertise in the affluent client segment and a passion for elevating brand presence, client engagement, and business growth in a competitive market.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute
comprehensive marketing strategies targeting affluent individuals and families, focusing on segmentation, messaging, and market positioning.
Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns
across digital, print, event, and partnership channels.
Create engagement programs
designed to strengthen relationships and loyalty among high-net-worth clients.
Conduct market research
to stay ahead of trends and identify growth opportunities.
Ensure brand consistency
across all marketing materials and initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally
with key stakeholders in sales, product, and leadership to align marketing with business priorities.
Manage budgets
and track performance metrics to ensure strong ROI.
Mentor and lead
a team of marketing professionals in a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
What You Bring:
7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally with a focus on wealth management or financial services for affluent clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Deep understanding of financial products and services tailored to high-net-worth individuals.
Familiarity with regulatory considerations (e.g., FINRA).
Proven track record in developing integrated campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems, and data-driven decision making.
