About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Short Hills Boutique. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the business, including sales, client development, and service, as well as coaching and counseling staff, and maintaining operational controls. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in a high-volume retail environment, a minimum of 5 years' prior store management experience, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. The Managing Director will oversee the management team, provide business analysis, and ensure the highest level of service. They will also be involved in the buying process, maintain P&L responsibility, and be actively engaged in the training and development of staff.
