Your role will be pivotal in translating that potential into tangible results.

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will have full P&L responsibility and the accountability for all US operations, including Sales, Engineering, and Customer Support.

Responsibilities

  • Be the Commercial Builder: Define and execute a winning go-to-market (GTM) strategy to achieve aggressive revenue targets and expand our US market presence.
  • Drive Sales Personally: Lead from the front, engaging directly with key customers, prospects, and strategic partners to close major deals and build long-term relationships.
  • Set the Roadmap: Collaborate with the Group CEO to craft the annual business plan, ensuring our product and innovation priorities align with real market needs in the utilities and adjacent sectors.
  • Operational & Team Leadership:
    • Hands-On Operator: Provide visible, energetic leadership to a small, entrepreneurial team, fostering a culture of accountability, customer focus, and high performance.
    • Execution Discipline: Instill best practices in forecasting, reporting, and delivery to ensure we can scale efficiently and reliably.
    • Talent Development: Mentor and empower your team, ensuring we have the talent and capability to meet our growing ambitions.
    • Act as a key member of the broader Group leadership community, identifying and leveraging synergies, shared technology, and joint growth opportunities across business units.

The Ideal Candidate

We need a leader who is both a Disciplined Executor and an Influential Collaborator—someone who can get in the trenches while keeping their eye on the big picture.

  • A proven track record of scaling a technology or industrial business in the US, ideally with strong exposure to utilities, infrastructure, or related markets.
  • Significant sales leadership experience with a history of building and executing GTM strategies, managing complex pipelines, and consistently exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated success in leading small, entrepreneurial teams, combining strategic oversight with essential hands-on management.
  • Deep experience in winning and managing strategic accounts and building robust partner relationships.
