About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director, Finance to lead the financial operations of the organization. This role is pivotal in overseeing all day-to-day activities of the finance department, including controllership, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and tax functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of financial management, from monthly and annual closes to the preparation of consolidated audited financial statements. They will also lead the annual budget process, conduct financial analysis, and provide strategic financial modeling to support the organization's goals. The role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in finance, exceptional executive presence, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across the organization.
Applicants for the Managing Director, Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA and/or CPA being a plus. A minimum of 15 years' relevant experience is required, with a preference for those with a background in non-profit financial management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership, including talent development and mentorship.
