Your work will involve continuous improvement and optimisation of the managed services process, tools and services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

At least 10 years of experience leading transformation to offshore delivery models

Proven experience in real estate or financial services sectors

Engaging directly with clients for tailored solutions

Supporting offering team in developing proposals

Maintaining enduring client relationships

Understanding estimation methodology and cost levers

Managing client relationships at mid‑executive level

Possessing comprehensive knowledge in Real Estate finance controllership

Benefits The salary range for this position is: $134,000 – $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
