Position Details

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Maintenance Director to join our Team!

Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Staff Management : Recruit, train, and lead maintenance and custodial personnel, provide guidance, and evaluate staff performance to ensure a qualified and motivated team. Maintenance Strategy & Programs:  Plan, develop, and implement proactive maintenance strategies, including preventative maintenance programs, to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency. Facility & Asset Management:  Oversee the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of the organization’s physical assets, buildings, and equipment, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Compliance & Safety:  Ensure all maintenance and custodial operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA requirements, and maintain a safe environment for employees and the public. Vendor & Contractor Management:  Review and approve vendor bids, contracts, and services for parts, repairs, and installations to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
