Local Contract Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field At least

5+ years of experience in high-complexity testing

in a CAP/CLIA-regulated lab Minimum

6 years of total clinical lab experience , with

3+ years in a supervisory/leadership role ASCP certification

(or equivalent) —

Required Demonstrated experience managing

large budgets Prior experience as an

Administrative Lab Director

in a

hospital

setting, preferably within a

multi-hospital system Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the clinical laboratory across multiple hospital sites Directly manage and support a team of approximately 65 staff Ensure compliance with

CAP

and

CLIA

standards Lead departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and process improvement Collaborate with hospital executives and C-suite leadership Maintain high standards for patient safety, test accuracy, and turnaround times
