Job Description This role is responsible for supporting clients with various tasks within the accounting and finance functions. Job Responsibilities Function in capacities such as Controller, CFO, or Project Leader for clients. Manage multiple client stakeholders simultaneously. Prepare miscellaneous accounting reports. Lead and participate in ad hoc projects. Oversee all aspects of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. Perform due diligence procedures for clients. Assist clients with SEC Reporting. Resolve complex accounting issues and support implementation of new accounting standards like ASC606 and ASC842. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s preferred. 10+ years of relevant experience. Experience with public, private, or private equity companies. Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP. Experience in professional services and public accounting preferred. Advanced MS Excel skills preferred. CPA certification preferred. Skills and Abilities Technical skills appropriate to experience level. High professionalism under pressure. Team player with good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Fast learner, ethical, and effective worker. Ability to travel at least 50% (preferred).
