Responsible for providing strategic leadership over multiple complex projects and/or programs and teams. Responsibilities include interfacing, developing, and managing relationships with key client leaders, validating proposed solutions prior to closing a sale, performing due diligence for new sales or project opportunities to ensure a clear understanding of the client and/or scope of work. Reviewing key solution assumptions, serving as the liaison between operations and new clients, and ensuring successful implementation of services for new clients. Transition management of projects, programs, or clients from Revenue Cycle Integration to Operations or the Client Delivery Team. This is a key leadership role with high visibility and impact on the client, internal stakeholders, and overall operational performance.
