Join Salesforce as a Senior Director in the Industry Go To Market team.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead the development of the go‑to‑market strategy for the Finance & Wealth vertical.
  • Collaborate across Distribution, Marketing, Programs, Enablement, Solutions, and Product to grow annual contract value and build long‑term partnerships with key clients.
  • Partner with executives to understand current and future industry dynamics and coordinate the delivery of the GTM strategy to the market.
  • Design and develop industry‑specific strategy and influence solution creation to educate and enable sales, presales, and customer success teams.
  • Engage with key partners on targeted accounts and regional engagement strategies aligned with overall strategies.
  • Present and lead executive roundtable discussions and industry event presentations to articulate Salesforce value to the industry.

What We Are Looking For

  • Deep expertise in Wealth, Finance, and Banking with a strong vision for the future of the customer.
  • Proven ability to build and run robust cross‑functional teams in a high‑growth software organization.
  • Strong customer orientation and results‑driven leadership in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in front of audiences ranging from small executive meetings to very large keynote presentations.
  • Experience deploying or using Salesforce with a strong vision for how to change the industry in the Age of the Customer.
  • Outstanding problem‑solving and analytical skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, and present well‑supported solutions.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to multitask and travel as required.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • 10+ years of banking or wealth experience.
  • 10 years of high‑tech company experience and/or large system integrators supporting the above industries.
  • Undergraduate degree; advanced degree preferred.
  • Hands‑on leadership with an “get it done” operating style and active participation in industry associations.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Experience leading digital transformation and large‑scale change management efforts.
  • Strong ability to influence across a broad spectrum of individuals and functions.
