Summary
As the Director of Human Resources at Cedar Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and fostering a culture of engagement and excellence. This position is essential for driving strategic HR initiatives that align with our mission to provide loving care and quality service to our residents. This position also will oversee the Human Resources department at Sterling Suites Senior Living, the attached assisted living on Cedar Hill's Campus.
This position comes with a starting negotiable salary of $58,000.00 annually
The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position is a part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation.

Utilize HRIS systems effectively to streamline HR operations and reporting. Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic planning initiatives for workforce development. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while fostering a fair workplace environment. Requirements
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in a HR role, preferably within the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of ATS systems and HRIS technologies such as Kronos/UKG Demonstrated ability in change management and strategic planning initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
