Skills & Experience

• Ideally, you\'ll have 8+ years experience in Business Development, Recruitment, HR, or Talent Acquisition – either working for a company or as a freelancer.


• It\'s important to have a real passion for learning & personal development and helping people with their careers.


• We\'re looking for someone with great English communication and relationship-building skills. If you can give a good presentation, that\'s even better!


• You should be self-motivated and really want to grow in this role.


• We need someone who enjoys working with individuals to guide and mentor them.
