HR Director Benefits Include: Strong Base salary Health benefits Vacation program Bonus program 401K PTO HR Director Responsibilities: Must be familiar with OSHA, DEI policies and Federal/State/Local Business laws and regulations Familiarity with benefits packages (including 401K) Ability to deal with potential litigation Must be experienced with onboarding & exit interviews Experience with ADP, PayCom or similar Payroll software Ability to focus on- retention and turnover rate reduction Workforce planning HR Director Qualifications: At least 5+ years of experience as an HR Director in the full service restaurant industry Proven experience/knowledge of all Florida local, state, and federal labor law guidelines HR Experience working for a Restaurant Group with at least 7 units HR Experience undergoing New Restaurant Openings Excellent verbal and written communication skills HR Experience at full service restaurants with full liquor bars Must have valid drivers license and willingness to travel in South Florida
