Job Summary We are seeking a Human Resources Director to lead our HR department and develop strategies to support our organization's goals. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, training, compensation, and benefits. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master\'s degree preferred SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible HR management experience, preferably in public sector or county government In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Strong leadership and communication skills Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Responsibilities Develop HR strategies in alignment with organizational goals Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes Manage employee compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation programs Ensure compliance with labor regulations and reporting requirements Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and drive organizational success Lead and manage HR team to deliver high-quality services to employees Benefits The compensation for this role will be competitive, and a comprehensive benefits package will be offered, including healthcare, KPERS, paid time off, holiday pay, and additional benefits.
