Job Details
What You’ll Do Oversee day-to-day HR operations across our hotel portfolio Advise managers and staff on employee relations and HR best practices Maintain and enforce compliance with California labor laws Lead policy development, performance management, and training initiatives Manage employee discipline and terminations with professionalism Foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture
What We’re Looking For 2+ years in an HR management role (hospitality experience required) In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and CA employment laws Experience with Paycom is a plus Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Discreet, proactive, and solution-oriented
