Director, Human Resources

As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading and managing the company's HR function, ensuring that our most valuable asset - our people - are supported, developed, and empowered to drive the business forward. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address workforce needs, implement effective talent management strategies, and support organizational change initiatives
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing HR expertise and insights to support business decisions
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements and Desired Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR operations, talent management, and organizational development
  • Professional certification (ie, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities
  • Proficient in HR data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in the technology or cybersecurity industry is a plus
    Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment or startup is a plus.

Compensation (DOE): $160k - $175k annual base salary
