Health and Benefits Client Delivery Director As a Client Delivery Director, you will have primary responsibility for oversight, management and leadership of a team providing benefit outsourcing administration services to large and complex organizations. Overview Do you have a passion for leading large service delivery teams? Responsibilities Client management: staffing, scope management, client satisfaction and reference ability, client profitability; expansion of existing outsourcing relationships by solving client problems and meeting administration needs. Contribute thought leadership to the development of our outsourcing business. People: leadership and management of a group of colleagues who support assigned clients in terms of staffing, resource utilization, career growth and development, engagement and retention. Operational/Quality Management: ensure teams meet/exceed client deliverables in a cost-effective manner, including all contractual service level agreements; address quality concerns promptly and promote quality standards and processes. Financial management: overall budget responsibility for your work team and client engagements. Business Expansion: partner with sales teams on the acquisition of new clients. Qualifications Significant experience and success in leading benefits and/or outsourcing engagements. Track record of success in managing large client relationships and leading cross-functional teams. Proven ability to contribute to revenue generation. Experience in managing multiple people and projects and delivering quality results on time and within budget. Proven ability to diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage resources to address client challenges. Executive presence with polished written and oral communication skills. Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior management across all levels of an organization. Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of developments in benefits and outsourcing strategy and contributing to new tools and approaches. Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed. Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range and benefits information are provided in accordance with pay transparency legislation. Salaries may vary by location, competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance, and revenue potential. Compensation The base salary range is $140,000.00 – $165,000.00 USD annually. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
