Role Description

This is a full time on-site role based in Brooklyn, NY for a Franchise Performance Director. The Franchise Performance Director will be responsible for overseeing the performance of franchisees, ensuring they meet company standards and achieve business goals. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing franchise performance data, helping franchisees with budgeting and strategic planning, and managing various projects related to franchise development and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data
• Experience in budgeting and financial planning
• Proven skills in performance management and ensuring adherence to standards
• Strategic planning and project management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Brooklyn, NY (part in person, part remote)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Relevant experience in the food and beverage or franchise industry is a must
