Role Description This is a full time on-site role based in Brooklyn, NY for a Franchise Performance Director. The Franchise Performance Director will be responsible for overseeing the performance of franchisees, ensuring they meet company standards and achieve business goals. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing franchise performance data, helping franchisees with budgeting and strategic planning, and managing various projects related to franchise development and performance improvement. Qualifications Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data Experience in budgeting and financial planning Proven skills in performance management and ensuring adherence to standards Strategic planning and project management capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Brooklyn, NY (part in person, part remote) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Relevant experience in the food and beverage or franchise industry is a must
