Key Responsibilities: Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across business units; consolidate into a master budget and present to senior leadership.
Monitor organizational cash flow, capital expenditures, and financial performance to ensure stability and operational efficiency.
Implement and optimize a robust financial management and reporting framework.
Drive consistent financial reporting cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly), identifying and addressing key performance insights.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to guide strategic decision-making.
Analyze financial trends, identify risks and growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to executives and board members.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and Corporate Development to align goals and financial strategy.
Provide competitor analysis, market trend evaluations, and forecasting to support leadership decisions.
Track and report on KPIs while improving financial workflows and reporting accuracy.
What We're Looking For: 5-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.
3-5 years of leadership experience in a managerial finance role.
Background in industrial services, construction, or manufacturing preferred.
Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; MBA or master's degree preferred.
CPA, CFA, or CMA designation is a plus.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning capabilities.
High-level communication and presentation skills; experience influencing executive leadership.
Proven ability to scale and enhance financial processes in a fast-paced environment.
Required Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Advanced Excel skills with a strong background in financial modeling and budgeting.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
