A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client team to ensure value and insights are delivered.
• Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll visibility.
• Lead monthly client meetings, provide insights, and coach management on metrics usage and departmental management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm.
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct & NetSuite is a plus.
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and / or CPA license preferred.
• Experience successfully revamping accounting, finance, and operational processes and technologies.
