A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting. Key Responsibilities Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client team to ensure value and insights are delivered. Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll visibility. Lead monthly client meetings, provide insights, and coach management on metrics usage and departmental management. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm. Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct & NetSuite is a plus. Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and / or CPA license preferred. Experience successfully revamping accounting, finance, and operational processes and technologies.
