Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Director located in Central Florida. The Executive Director will oversee the daily operations of the community, ensuring high-quality care and effective management. Responsibilities include developing and implementing policies, managing budgets and resources, leading staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive and caring environment for residents and associates. The Executive Director will also engage with families and the broader community to promote and maintain the facility's reputation. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Proven experience in senior living or healthcare administration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Financial management and budget oversight experience Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements in the senior living industry Ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Experience with community engagement and building strong relationships with residents and families
