ABOUT LA VOICE: LA Voice is a multi-racial, multi-faith community organization that awakens people to their own power, training them to speak, act, and work together to transform our County into one that reflects the dignity of all people.

Every day we amplify that power by uniting diverse faith voices to stand-up for what their communities need, winning changes that improve the lives of all Angelenos. LA Voice's organizing presence is based throughout LA County, across 5 county supervisorial districts and 28 strategic cities.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will set the vision to grow LA Voice's multiracial, multifaith base and power throughout Los Angeles County; cultivate an organizational culture rooted in care; foster partnerships with partners, funders, and movement allies; and work closely with the Boards of Directors to strengthen alignment and governance.

WHO YOU ARE:

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: This is a hybrid role with partner and external engagements outside of traditional work hours, as well as travel across Los Angeles County. See Organizational Chart.
